Main objective: Space flexibility for minimum intervention costs in case of change in use.
Generic distributions based on spaces with similar dimensions and characteristics will allow for multiple uses and a longer useful life of the building

In terms of environmental, social and economical sustainability, focusing on the existing housing becomes imperative. We must re-think and transform what exists. The city of the future has already been built
